Single 5V power supply ISO14443 Type ABC RF module

The uTRFABC23 is a RF coupler that fully comply to ISO 14443 Type A & B standard and ISO 18092
passive mode (or Sony Felica Type C) format. It can work with ISO 14443 type A, B and C compliance
contactless smart cards. It is suitable for handheld card reader and related applications.

  • High speed serial interface up to 921.6Kbps
  • Support TPDU (Transport Protocol Data Unit,TPDU) mode
  • With small antenna such as uTRFANT04(3cmx5cm) reading distance can be up to 5cm
  • Built-in ISO14443 anti-collision feature
