Microtech offer several types of contactless smart card chips. RN-series is targeting for general applications, RNC and RFC series target for more advanced applications that require public key applications.
RFC- series is a ROM based dual interface smart card series. It is targeting for high end contactless applications especially those require for public key encryptions (such as RSA and ECC etc…) and require ROM for code storage and EEPROM for data storage.
RNC- series is a ROM-Less dual interface smart card series. It is targeting for high end contactless applications especially those require for public key encryptions (such as RSA and ECC etc…) and flexible NVM for code and data storage.
RNA-series is a pure contactless smart card chip series. It supports ISO 14443 Type A and Type B standard. Thanks to the new eFlash technology and new RF front end design, RNA series provide a very competitive contactless solution to customers.
